The campaign has reached 1.5 million social media users ✅

On 31 March 2022, Center for Defending Freedom of Journalists (CDFJ) concluded its online awareness campaign it launched on its social media platforms on 15 March 2022 that aimed to define and raise awareness about hate speech and its consequences, and sought to urge the public to eliminate it.

CDFJ said that the campaign worked to raise awareness and clarify concepts about hate speech, freedom of expression, and renounce violence, by publishing 15 posts and 4 videos on its social media platforms.

CDFJ stated that the campaign reached one and a half million users on social media platforms, and a quarter million interaction has been received.

CDFJ plans to continue the adoption of similar online campaigns that support and clarify human rights concepts, particularly freedom of expression and media.
